Driving Your Business to Productivity Heights

Educate

TRAINING

Your people are critical to the success of your operation, and their training is key to successfully implementing and operating any process.  The process is only good if those involved thoroughly understand it.  We currently offer three types of training: Classroom, One-on-One and eLearning.  Each of these approaches can be customized to meet your firm’s needs.  We also offer more general public classes through our 35-45 University.

The best training is by doing. 35-45 offers several types of Instructor-led training. The Houston office of 35-45 has a 10-station dedicated training facility specifically designed to be instructor-led so that each participant can follow from the projected materials. If Houston, is not convenient, we can bring our 10-station mobile lab to your office.

Your firm or business can choose from a wide variety of training scenarios from one-on-one, group, hand-on or seminar style training.  We also offer a variety of public training classes typically in ½-day increments, with duration to fit subject matter. We will customize any training experience to meet the needs of your industry and staff.

Work with our staff towards getting your custom training experience approval for CLE and CPE credit.

Customized Training Manuals

trainingmaterials2Seeing a need for legal specific training materials for firms that were transitioning from WordPerfect to Word, Donna Brown and Mikki Tomlinson created training manuals to fill that void. Module I is designed for the beginning users of Microsoft Word, (formatting, editing, styles, headers and footers, section breaks, etc.). Module I is critical to the “correct” use of Microsoft Word. Module II is more advanced legal material (table of contents, table of authorities, templates, cross referencing, etc.) but assumes you are comfortable with concepts presented in Module I. Both modules can be either instructor-led or self-paced. All examples in the books are actual situations at a typical law firm.

Available in Microsoft Word versions 2000, XP, 2003, and 2007, version 2010 coming soon.
